Leadership Leadership is the ability to adjust the framework so that everyone has the ability to creatively contribute to problem solving (Smith, 2015). Leader should have a capacity to do something with talent and skill. Talent is natural ability and skill is gained through training and experience. Talent certainly help but isn’t required for became a leader. There many people who have not natural leadership ability but through training and experience, became great leaders. Leaders should adaptive meaning that the leader should make adjustments. A leader who fails to adjust will lose their way. Leader adjusts the state of the surroundings and people. A leader carefully observes those states and discerns significance looking for how to adapt the setting most effectively.
