Leadership
Leadership is the ability to adjust the framework so that everyone has the ability to creatively contribute to problem solving (Smith, 2015).Leader should have a capacity to do something with talent and skill. Talent is natural ability and skill is gained through training and experience. Talent certainly help but isn’t required for became a leader. There many people who have not natural leadership ability but through training and experience, became great leaders.
Leaders should adaptive meaning that the leader should make adjustments. A leader who fails to adjust will lose their way. Leader adjusts the state of the surroundings and people. A leader carefully observes those states and discerns significance looking for how to adapt the setting most effectively.
Leadership empowers, leader inspires confidence and self-esteem and that inspiration comes in many flavors. Some are inspire by bold talk; others by soft talk; and others by their example.
Leaders should acts on people’s feelings, leader should finds ways to link to people’s instinct. Leaders help everyone feel empowered.
Leadership creates contribution, which means every member gives something.
Leadership is about solving the problems, which means closing the gap between things as desired and things as perceived.
Leadership fosters creativity, meaning imaginative use of limited resources. A leader that enables people to use their imagination is a step closer to solving problems faster, better and cheaper.
Management
The definition of management is an individual or collective group that is able to lead a team through hard work to achieve the goal and vision of the organization (Surbhi, 2018).Management process has some qualities or features
Management is Purposeful
Management success is commonly measured by the extent to which objectives are achieved.
Management is accomplished through the Efforts of Others
Besides the manager of a firm, there may be accountants, engineers, system analysts, salesmen and a host of other employees working but it is the manager’s job to integrate all their activities.
Management is Goal-oriented
Managers focus their attention and efforts on bringing about successful action.
Management is Indispensable
Management can neither be replaced nor substituted by anything else.
The manager plays his/her role by providing judgment and imagination as well as interpreting and evaluating what the information/data mean in each case.
Management is can Ensure Better Life
A manager can do much to improve the work environment, stimulate people to perform better, achieve progress, bring hope and accomplish better things in life
The major difference between leadership and management are as under:
1. Leadership is a leading people through encouraging them. Management is a process of coordinating the activities of the company.2. Leadership requires trust of followers. Management needs control of manager over its subordinates.
3. Leadership is a influencing others skills while Management is the quality of the ruling.
4. Leadership demands foresightedness of leader, Management has a short range vision.
5. In leadership, principles and guidelines are established, and in the case of management, policies and procedures are implemented.
6. Leadership is Proactive. Conversely, management is reactive in nature.
7. Leadership brings change. On the other hand, Management brings stability.

Well balanced article Namila. You have maintained your flow nicely. “Leaders should acts on people’s feelings, leader should finds ways to link to people’s instinct” This must taken in to consideration since that can create a positive image on others mind towards an empowered leadrship.
